Once you are in contact with SolvFree Programme, you deposit a certain amount each month into a Special Purpose Account run by our company in India. Your initial assessment will establish how much you save each month based on your financial goals, total enrolled debt, and affordability. We negotiate fair settlements with your creditors and collectors for each of your accounts as your funds accumulate. You will be called to provide your approval before any money is transferred once a creditor settlement has been completed. You will go through this process again until you are debt-free.

SolvFree resolution programme is a fantastic option for those who have a lot of unsecured debt and are struggling financially as a result of losing their job, receiving a wage cut, experiencing an emergency, etc. Our programme might be appropriate for you if you are falling behind on your loan or credit card payments, are having trouble managing your personal finances, and the balance on your loans or credit cards keeps rising.

Settling the loan may vary on your savings but usually, it takes an average time of 12 to 18 months(for Personal Loans) and 6 to 12 months(for Credit Cards).

Your creditors will continue to add interest and late fees to your account. However, at the time of Resolution, you will still end up paying less than the outstanding amount you had at the time of enrolment into the program.

You may continue to get calls from the bank or recovery agents. However, do note that they are bound to follow certain code of conduct as laid down by RBI and Supreme Court of India. You can redirect the calls to our team and our legal team will handle the communication as per the laid down guidelines and laws of the country.
